Complete Packaging Systems optimises and secures transport packages, primarily serving the railway industry.
The company provides ‘high-quality’ cargo securement products, including CYCLONE Air Bags and new Hanger Bags, to companies across North America.
The deal is the first acquisition for Cartier Packaging, which aims to bolster its experience in eco-responsible packaging.
Based in St-Cesaire, Cartier claims to be one of the major players in the industrial packaging market in Eastern Canada and the US.

Following the acquisition, Complete Packaging Systems will retain its current brand image and become a division of Cartier Packaging.
The company expects to secure its market share and advance its growth through this acquisition.
The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
